Some stories are just written but there are those that are lived. And it is often with difficulties that the greatest adventures begin. That’s how the 2012 season of dragster racing in France began for the Bandidos MC. After two canceled races because of the weather and some results below the expectations estimated in the workshop and after a first season where the BMC France made their mark with a 4th place in the 2011 championship with a fearless "rookie" pilot, plans were made. For the 2012 season, the BMC France would have to be on the French championship podium, so, on the podium, it will be.
The V-Rod Destroyer 1300 cm3 will be dissected to undergo a steroids cure, but let’s notgo further into the details, it’s “TOP SECRET”.
A laborious season start, with an accident at the "Run Cap Sud" in July ... But our pilot, Thierry, member of the Bandidos MC France, has seen worse and goes straight back into the race. And after proving is relentlessness, Bandido Thierry must show his professionalism by combining his new experiences, technical knowledge and tactics. And the show must go on! Finally, after some tension, a lot of stress and various technical incidents (the joys of competition!) Our pilot burns rubber and propels the Harley Destroyer from quarter finals to semifinals and to the finals, against more experienced pilots. And for the happy ending ... Bandido Thierry had said it, and now it is done, the Bandidos MC France is on the podium of the 2012 France dragster championship, SuperStreetTwin category.
Result: second place. New title for the Bandidos MC and his Pilot: Vice-champion of France.

11TH ROMBO DI TUONO – THE ITALIAN WAY TO DO A BIKE SHOW

Montichiari, in the province of Brescia, is once again the stage for the 11th edition of the now famous “Rombo di Tuono”, a festival dedicated to motor vehicles of 2, 3, 4 (and sometimes more) wheels.
Over 11 years, “Rombo di Tuono” has become a reference show for professionals and a must for fans.
Endorsements from The Italian Federation of Customizers and the American International Master Bike Builders Association, further ensures the highest technical level and professionalism.
The location of this event at the Garda Exhibition Centre in Montichiari was the perfect theater to a multiple act mechanical ballet. (Over 15,000 square meters divided into large connected hangars, plus the outside areas for competitions and shows.)
The Brescia Harley-Davidson dealership brought "The Legend On Tour" for the occasion, with free demo ride accross the new collection.
Indoors concerts, entertainment and even a pre '65 Car Contest, gorgeous bikes and trikes, customized cars, and so many stands of accessories, custom parts, clothing, tattoo artists, painters, and other top of the line artists and mechanical geniuses.
All of this, topped by the great effort of our Italian brothers to be present inside that show with a booth almost as big as a clubhouse, and an invitation to come back next year.
